We try to process all orders as fast as humanely possible and due to this fact your window to cancel an order is limited. Whether you want a refund or an alternative product we will immediately process your cancellation request without any hidden fees if received within 4 hours of order placement.
A few things to keep in mind though:
- Non-Returnable products cannot be cancelled or modified once manufacturing has begun, they include:
- Items Marked “Non-Cancelable” or “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
- Wheel & Tire Packages
- Items that have already entered the shipping process cannot be cancelled or modified and must follow the standard return process. (In short, we’re not delaying thousands of other customers orders to dig through an 18 wheeler of boxes because you want to cancel your impulse buy. Shop confidently & responsibly.)
Cancellations in 2 Easy Steps:
- Submit a Request by emailing email@example.com.
- To ensure your email is immediately flagged by our returns system please be sure to include the subject line of “Cancellation Request – Order#______“. Be sure to substitute your order number for blank space. i.e.: “Cancellation Request – Order#12345”
- Receive your Credit (Depending on your request we’ll edit the order or issue you a refund)
