Refund/Return Policy

In order to be a valid return, you must request a Return Authorization for that order which can be requested via the “Contact Us” form. Be sure your return reaches MotorcyclePartz.com within the 14 day return timeframe.

All acceptable returns that meet our return conditions below are credited for 100% of the merchandise value (including sales tax for orders shipped within FL). You are responsible for shipping costs associated with your return.

Please note: Shipping/Handling/Oversize Fees are not reimbursed with returns.

If we shipped you the wrong item, a broken or damaged item, we will pay the cost of your return shipping once we receive and accept the return. Simply advise of the reason for return on the Return Authorization Form select the corresponding reason code during the online returns process detailed below and someone from our Customer Service Department will contact you. * Please follow the steps in the online return process and wait to be contacted by Customer Service before shipping these items back to us.

In the case of a Manufacturer defect, each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. Please contact customer service and we can assist you in contacting the Manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.

Aftermarket Parts:

Please note that all items will have to include all original packaging and labels in good condition. (Free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind.) If MotorcyclePartz.com receives your return with damaged or missing the original packaging the item will be rejected, and your return will not be processed.

 

Apparel/Helmets

Please note that all items will have to include all original packaging, labeling and tags in good condition. (Free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind.) If MotorcyclePartz.com receives your return with damaged or missing the original packaging the item will be rejected, and your return will not be processed.

*Please note that helmets must be returned with the original box, film on the face shield and all items in the box unopened. The helmet box must be packed inside a shipping box. Helmet boxes are not designed for shipping.

Unused Condition

MotorcyclePartz.com is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged.

Restocking Fees

MotorcyclePartz.com does not charge a Restocking Fee

Electrical Parts

MotorcyclePartz.com will only accept returns on Aftermarket & OEM electrical parts when the items are unopened.

Please contact Customer Service before attempting to return any electrical items.

When returning your items please include a copy of the original sales invoice that was packaged with your parts.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
